In April 2021, Nathalie and Franck Lebon took over the Museum Hotel next to the house of Christian Dior in Granville. During renovations, they breathed their soul into the hotel and its cosy restaurant, renamed the 110.
Well located at only 5 minutes from the city centre and Casino Beach, this 3-star hotel was renovated with taste while paying homage to the haute couture native of Granville. The hotel has 21 rooms plus 1 suite with a sea view.
On the ground floor, the small courtyard and the bar-lounge provide a relaxing space before going to dinner. The menu, which changes every 3 weeks, offers 3 appetizers, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, plus a dish du jour—all balanced between sweet and savoury, and elevated by exotic spices to excite any palate.
