The narrow storefront hides the abundance of products inside: gourmet dishes, sometimes rare or quirky, to please yourself and others. Most of the selection is produced on Norman soil, sometimes in surprising new ways, like the chorizo camembert, the livarot cheese made with calvados, the herring made with andouille sausage, or the 40-odd potted fish varieties.
