In nearly 80 years, House Yver has become known for artisanal tradition, rigour, and quality, for beyond his discerning taste for cocoa beans, Cédric sources his butter, milk, eggs, cream, and fruit from local producers. Emblems of the brand include the Gran- ville Rock, chocolate pralines, raspberry and chocolate charlottes, and almond Jesuite pastries. Always innovating, Cédric developed Le Criollo, a chocolate with 70% cocoa and beautiful fruity notes. It won a prize designating him one of the best choco- latiers in France.

His macarons too are renowned, and his homemade ice cream comes in more than 40 flavours. Enjoy House Yver at its factory and shop in Granville, and its boutique in Caen.
