Stéphane Hélias, general manager, is making this 5-star establishment more vibrant and accessible with inspiring seminars, coffee on the terrace, and strolls in the 60-acre park. “For two years, we have been looking to attract a more local clientele,” he says. This season, several new offers invite you to (re)discover the property. Among them is a package with a 3-course lunch and an afternoon by the pool for 60 € per person. “The property is open all day, and not just to hotel clients,” says Stéphane. The restaurant goes with the flow: for lunch, a generous “bistro- nomy,” and for supper, a cozier atmosphere for guests of the 29 rooms and treehouse cabin.
