La Vallée
Built in 1882 at the foot of the Bec-de-la-Vallée cove that gives it its name, La Vallée Hotel and Restaurant is a historic establishment. Built up against the Pointe du Moulinet, the hotel has 22 modern and confortable rooms, of which 17 offer a beautiful sea view, just like the restaurant, situated on the side of the rock. Its vast dining room, recently redecorated, opens on large bay windows, and its south-facing terrace is lovely on nice days. The menu, revisited in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Christian Le Squer, marries fresh ingredients from local fishing and seasonal vegetables from Breton greengrocers. La Vallée is the starting point of the famous Clair de Lune Promenade, where you can enjoy the coastline and all the cultural and sporting events Dinard has to offer. This iodized cuisine for sharing is enhanced by a fine wine list created by sommelier Eric Beaumard.
