The Manoir de la Roche Torin is a jewel at the heart of the Mont- Saint-Michel Bay. Its mascot, Lorde the cat, presides over the 3-star establishment with 15 rooms, a romantic park, and a small chapel. The menu features stone-grilled meats served on the terrace alongside Cancale oysters, Chausey lobster, saltmarsh lamb, and crêpes flambeed tableside. The Manoir attracts regulars, visitors passing through, and professionals thanks to its meeting room, run-of-house packages, electric car charging station, and helipad. “Our clients come to enjoy the view of the Mont, the calm, the spirit of a family home, and our traditional cuisine,” says owner Matthieu Gaulois. Simply put, people don’t come here by chance; they come out of necessity.
