This beautiful 20th-century building has been in full metamorphosis for almost 3 years. Why did the owners have their hearts set on Trouville? Carlo is from New York and Oliver from Munich. “It’s because we have been crazy about Trouville for 20 years!” they reply in unison. The house offers 4 studios and 3 apartments in a boutique hotel style, with lovely furnishings and those extra touches, like a full fridge, the wellness area, and the relaxation area. Oliver and Carlo, at once present and discreet, will give you a warm welcome.
It is also a dreamy setting, that of Trouville, its beach only 2 minutes away on foot. Plus, the water sports, the port, the fish market, the 19th-century seaside architecture, the casino, and the inimitable boutiques are admired by all. On the other side of the river is the famous Deauville boardwalk, the new cultural centre, horse racing, and polo matches. To the east is Honfleur, with its port, old city centre, and impressionist artists.
Townhouse Trouville is at the epicentre of all that there is to see in Normandy, listed among the 52 most popular destina- tions in the world in 2022, according to the New York Times. In a few days of excursions, you could visit the cliffs of Étretat and Mont Saint Michel along with all the history in between, from the arrival of the Vikings to the D-Day invasion, without forgetting to mention William the Conqueror.
