Sylvain Martin took over the Pine Hotel in the seaside resort of Jullouville-les-Pins, south of Granville. This hotel, built 130 years ago, is ideally located in the centre of town 50 metres from the beach.
The Pine Hotel has 8 rooms which have been renovated from top to bottom. Families can rent the 2-bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchen and boasting a sea view.
