In each arrangement, colors, textures, and natural elements come together to surprise you. “In a way, I’m less of a florist and more of an artist,” says Paul Pierre. His workshop, open from Thursday to Sunday, changes according to which flowers are in season as well as his current mood and inspirations. For Paul Pierre, it’s not only about working with flowers but about “using everything nature gives us.” His approach is instinctive and free, creating balance in the whole rather than in isolated details. Since 2018, Paul Pierre has won over a clientele in search of surprise and authenticity, whether for a single bouquet or for events like weddings, bar mitsvahs, shows, and more. Many give him free rein: “My role is to translate their universe, not impose mine.” From the simplest bouquet to big events, his passion comes through in his creations.
