With their three delicatessens, the Langlois family showcases products chosen with rigor, between local finds and faraway discoveries. The story began in 2007 in Port-en-Bessin with Le Marché de Lalie: “We wanted to offer the best of Normandy on a one-stop scale,” says Florent Langlois. On the shelves, sugar cookies from Asnelles sit next to fish rillettes from Maison Saiter, caramels from Isigny, and beyond: vintage cider and calvados, wines from independent growers, fine champagne, and tea from Flore Norman and Mariage Frères. “We choose each product as though we were putting it on our own table. Rigor is not a marketing tool; it’s our compass,” says Florent. The success of Le Marché de Lalie drove the family to open Les Accords Parfaits in Caen in 2010 and another shop by the same name in Deauville in 2012. “Our aim is simple: to surprise and delight without leaving behind our roots.”
