It’s a real luxury,” says Marc. This luxury extends to 56 bright, modern rooms and suites, the bar lounge, and the rooftop. For travelers who want to go at their own pace, the Grand Bé offers all-day fine dining. “They go out, come back, go out again. We wanted a more flexible, fluid offer than traditional restaurants, without sacrificing quality.” On the menu, you’ll find platters to share, truffle croque-monsieur, gourmet dishes, and Sunday brunch. Under the hotel’s 18th-century vaulted foundations is the Phytomer spa with a sauna, lounge space, and custom treatments. And then there’s a defining detail: the hotel’s 25 private parking spaces.
