La Maison
La Maison, Ama, and Les Voyages d’Ama is a trio of decor shops reflecting Véronique Marti’s bohemian spirit. It all began 26 years ago in her own home which she had transformed into a shop called La Maison, inspired by her travels as well as her travels, notably in India. With thrifted furniture, favorite clothing finds, and handmade crafts, she invented the concept store before it was a thing. Three years ago, she opened Ama (part decor shop, part restaurant) where the world cook makes magic out of a melting pot of flavors. Then last summer, she opened Les Voyages d’Ama steps from the beach. With precious rugs, colorful kanthas, and more, Véronique’s world simmers with constant evolution. This year, she is inaugurating a showroom with the paint brand Argile and plans to donate a portion of her sales to support ALS research. Véronique’s daughters, Laura and Paola, have resettled in Deauville to continue the journey all together.
