La Cave, Le Repère Des Vignerons Equemauville
Founded in Équemauville over 10 years ago by Charles-Louis Duval and Frederick Boelen, La Cave, Le Repère des Vignerons expanded to Pont-l’Évêque in 2017 and Rouen in 2022. In 2024, the business took on a new adventure with La Table, a wine bar adjoining the wine cellar in Équemauville. Open year-round, the wine bar invites you to discover more than 500 labels, 50 of which you can enjoy by the glass along with Italian charcuterie boards, Breton and vegan terrines, foie gras from the Périgord Noir, and local cheeses. Gather inside or on the terrace for tastings and theme nights featuring Raclette cheese and grilled meats, or rent the space for private events. And “La Table wouldn’t be what it is without Hector, who joined the team in September 2024,” says Charles-Louis who describes him as “a pillar, thanks to his energy and sincerity.” The team are carrying out their mission as storytellers, exploring vineyards, discovering new winegrowers, and forging relationships between them and wine enthusiasts. Each discovery only adds to their passion, each bottle representing a journey. And in March, their winegrowers salon in Pont-l’Évêque is the place to be for professionals and aficionados alike.
