For 13 years, François Rabel and his tightknit team have been serving up bistronomic dishes in the heart of Honfleur’s Saint- Léonard neighborhood. At l’Endroit (The Place), inspiration and daily arrivals determine the dishes, all homemade in front of you. “We’re listed in the Collège Culinaire de France, but we remain down-to-earth, working in jeans and sneakers, and of course, with music,” says François, who hosts jazz evenings on the first Thursday and Friday of the month. “We also do private events, which we love because it allows us to innovate,” he adds. Hallowed houses, like Chanel and Cartier, and even television networks have already succumbed to the unique atmosphere.
