La Roquerie Farmhouse

In Bonneville-la-Louvet, among apple trees and stud farms, Aurélie Debiève opens a new chapter of La Roquerie: La Roquerie Farmhouse.Set within a former 17th-century cider press, this place has been conceived as a family home open to the world. People come here to slow down, share dinner by the fire, read in the library or rediscover the pleasure of unhurried time.

Here, luxury is measured neither in stars nor in services, but in the details: a carefully laid table, the silence of a countryside morning, or the crackling fire in the hearth. “We wanted to create a warm and vibrant place where everyone could immediately feel welcome,” explains Aurélie Debiève. More than a destination, La Roquerie Farmhouse embo- dies an art of living rooted in simplicity, sharing and elegance, blending French influences with the spirit of English country houses. FROM COTTAGE TO FARMHOUSE After several years working in leading luxury brands, Aurélie felt the need to return to what truly matters. In 2021, she acquired a traditional Norman farmhouse in Genneville, which became La Roquerie. “I needed nature, silence and a sense of grounding,” she explains. The place quickly became a field of experimentation centred around a more instinctive way of living, where the existing is revealed rather than transformed. During the Rencontres de La Roquerie gatherings, Aurélie met Bastien de Changy, private chef and founder of the nomadic dining concept 20h20, known for his generous, instinctive cuisine deeply rooted in sharing. From this meeting emerged a story, then a shared vision: a place where hospitality, cuisine, transmission and the art of living could coexist under one roof. This adventure took on a new dimension with the acqui- sition of La Roquerie Farmhouse in November 2025, just a few days before the birth of their son, Léonard.
