Jonathan Moos Architecture
– In Beaumont-en-Auge, Jonathan Moos is starting a new chapter. After 15 years of leading renovation projects for private and professional clients in Paris, now he is developing his own agency. His goal is to bring together architecture, design office, and engineering consultancy under one roof in order to simplify the steps of each project. “The idea is to have everything in one place, from idea to finished product.” His approach, which is still uncommon in the region, is attracting clients from both Paris and Normandy. His open projects include Cabourg, where he is rehabilitating a former boar- ding school; Deauville, where he is renovating a seaside villa; and Tourgé- ville, where he is giving new life to a barn and its outbuildings. Next, he has his eye on an equestrian property, a listed manor, and more. Though he is a multidisciplinary, Jonathan specializes in renovation and interior architec- ture, and he prioritizes working with local artisans.
