Two years ago, Anne Kerverdo opened a contemporary crêperie called Crêperie Suzette in the heart of Dinan. “I work with local producers, and I adapt the menu according to the seasons and my encounters,” says Anne, who has 20 years of experience. Among her signatures are the Nordic galette with smoked salmon and guacamole, the seasonal vegetarian galette, and sweet treats like the frangipane delight and the roasted banana crumble. To switch things up, she also offers rib steak, burgers, poke bowls, and specials like roasted camembert with honey. Beyond her cooking, Anne’s philosophy is rooted in humanity: training, supporting, and transmitting are in her DNA. Here, apprentices, foster children, and refugees find a space to learn and build trust. “I’m enriched by others, and I believe restauranteurs have a role to play in giving others the desire to join this profession.” With 70 covers inside and 80 on the terrace, Crêperie Suzette has fast become a habit with more and more regulars.
