The Hôtel des Pins was founded in Jullouville 1883. For 9 years, Sylvain Martin has been breathing new life into this establishment that had fallen into disrepair, now a vibrant hotel–restaurant– lounge with 8 rooms and 1 apartment plus a villa that sleeps 12, and a concept store of 250 m2. On the menu, you’ll find pizzas, homemade foie gras, and fish of the day. “It’s not uncommon to see 3 or 4 generations here! Each dish is homemade with care and fresh ingredients.” Sylvain’s welcome never stops: “We are open 365 days a year, even on Christmas. No one else around here can say that!” And when he mentions inclusion, Sylvain means it: “Among our 12 employees, 2 are people with disabilities. Their presence is as important for them as it is for the whole team.” This year, they will open a second villa for 12 “to delight our guests and keep them coming back.”
