D'ici Delà
In Dinan, D’ici delà doesn’t just delight foodies; it offers another way to eat, with local, accessible, zero-waste cooking, served in glass jars. “I wanted my first business to support family life and strong values. Taking over D’ici delà, open since 2017, was an easy decision,” says Kévin, who is open only for lunch on weekdays. “It’s an activist model, accessible and artisanal, almost unique,” he says. His cooking, largely vegetarian and vegan, also includes meat and fish, always sourced locally. “You can eat well, local, and inexpensive,” says Kévin, who works with local farms, social inclusion structures, and activist producers to source his organic vegetables, kombucha, beer, eco-friendly coffee, and wine. Supported by Muriel in the back of the house, he changes the menus according to the season and his inspiration. Kévin is also a caterer and private chef for up to 80 covers. His philosophy is simple: stop buying in supermarkets. It does your body, your wallet, and the planet good!
