Since May 2024, Chef Olivier Deboise has been serving up healthy, refined dishes for La Galerie, the restaurant of Cures Marines in Trouville. The Franco–Mexican “lives and breathes wellness” which is reflected in his cuisine of locally sourced gourmet dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients and exalted by bold pairings. La Galerie’s eclectic repertoire includes a Norman burger with tomme cheese, Asian-inspired cod, and vegetarian dishes like oat “steak” and marinated celery. Pastry chef Adrien Petitgenêt is inspired by the seasons and the surrounding lands for his audacious and refined desserts. At the bar, Apolline Lussier completes the experience with a cocktail menu. La Galerie organizes piano bar every Friday, and exclusive chef’s tables every other month. Enjoy it all in an art deco setting facing the sea, open to guests of the hotel as well as foodies just passing through.
