Maison Henri Morel is celebrating 20 years in event catering, serving up artisanal excellence at private and professional events for up to 2000 people. “Since the beginning, we’ve always done everything ourselves, with our constant attention to quality,” says Henri Morel, founder. Together with his wife, Marjorie, and their son, Thomas, they are embodying a vision of family-owned gastronomy. In early 2025, their artisanal cuisine was awarded for their commitment to producing 90% of their dishes in-house and their quality control. “We are incredibly proud. It’s a turning point in our story,” says Henri. Their passionate, attentive team also delivers an excellence service.
