In the pans of Alexis and Manon Lemoine, enthusiasm is simmering away. He, a passionate chef; she, a lover of good ingredients and conviviality. Together, they are behind Inséparables Traiteur, a dual offer of caterer and private chef, providing “restaurant quality in your home,” says Manon. Comfort food is served family-style: “In our recipes, sauce is king,” says Alexis. Everything is made with fresh, local ingredients and lots of care. At Inséparables Traiteur, it’s quality over quantity.

Manon: Braised lamb that melts in your mouth!
