Maxime et Sacha opened Fusion, a cocktail bar with tapas, in October 2024 on a whim. It all began on a night out with friends. After passing by a bar, Sacha thought the place had potential. “And it’s for sale!” he said. His offhand comment turned serious the next day. Sacha called Maxime to say, “Let’s buy it.” In 48 hours, it was done. Sacha mixes the classics, as well as cocktails of his own creation, with fresh fruit and homemade syrups while Maxime fuses Asian influences with French cuisine. “What were supposed to be appetizers have almost become real restaurant dishes,” says Maxime. With its 30-cover terrace where you can enjoy concerts and electro sets, Fusion has become a must-visit in Granville. Maxime and Sacha even made a mobile cocktail bar available for all sorts of events.
