In Granville, at the Bistrot d’Iggy, grab a bite and say hello to Iggy, Bénédicte and Pascal’s mischievous dog. In 2024, they left Paris to open a bistro where local ingredients and exotic touches mingle. “We had dreamed of moving to the seaside. We had friends in Granville, and when the opportunity to buy this restaurant came along, the dream came true,” says Bénédicte, now in the kitchen at Bistrot d’Iggy. Her Asian fusion dishes, in which herbs and flowers take pride of place, are subtly spiced with a touch of lightness. Pascal, a booking agent, contributes to the atmosphere with the waiter Prosper. In sunny weather, the terrace comes to life for Sunday brunches and after-work drinks. They also host events that bring together workshop visits, onsite lunch, and intimate concerts, a nod to Pascal’s musical background.
