At barely 28 years old, Vincent and Marion bought a butcher’s shop in Pont-l’Évêque where they deliver quality, respect traditions, and offer a warm welcome in an impeccably clean shop. “We immediately fell in love with the city, its energy, its ambiance. It just felt right,” says Vincent. Plus, “It was a great deal, with loyal customers,” he adds. Nearly 3 years later, they’ve made the butcher’s shop their own with “house specials, mouthwatering catering options, a thorough selection, and a flawless presentation,” says Vincent.
