What is your favorite spot in the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay?
Vie La Joie, a community center in Folligny that provides new services to the population. I designed the bioclimatic building to reflect my philosophy, with straw insulation, partitions in bricks of earth, plaster in earth and lime, and singles in chestnut wood. It is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Normandy.
Who is your real-life hero? My grandmother.
What is your favorite dish? Pasta in cuttlefish ink sauce.
