He then reinvents the classics by pairing bold flavors in surprising contrasts that will awaken your tastebuds. The menu changes monthly, following the local (and sometimes faraway) trends. Meanwhile, Karine will give you a warm welcome in their large dining room stamped with the spirit of Impressionist painters. Together, Benoît and Karine form a passionate duo of innkeepers, driven by the pleasure of hosting and sharing moments of togetherness.
