Six years after opening, business is “blooming” at Flore Norman, maker of artisanal teas and founded by Hélène Adrion. This year, the range is expanding with 20 recipes and new single-serve sachets, whose design is both elegant and practical. Among the new recipes is a rhubarb–quince white tea: delicate, fresh, almost spring-like. Try it in Bernay at Palette de Thé, a partner teahouse. “I love working with regional partners in alignment with my values,” says Hélène. Flore Norman is also developing a kombucha, a flavored tonic, and personalized items like mugs and thermoses. In October 2025, she was invited to the Festival of Norman Excellence, featuring regional craft and talent. “It shows that artisanal work can be local, rigo- rous, and alive. I am very happy to have participated in this festival and that Flore Norman was recognized.” Browse and enjoy the entire range of Flore Norman products at Les Comptoirs de Pierre.
