Between atypical houses and custom attention, David Paumard is making his vision of concierge services come to life in the smallest of details, all built around the guest. Since 2023, Conciergerie 2.0 has made a name for itself with one simple concept: customized stays. “We are here to support each client from the first touchpoint to the end of their stay,” says David, who offers nearly 40 accommodations from modern villas to longhouses and unique lodgings—without a key box in sight. “I make sure everything is ready an hour before your arrival. I personally check you in and out,” he says. Enjoy custom services like private chef, massages, groceries, and more. “The guests tell us what they want, and we build their stay around that,” he says. With the opening of a new office in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, Conciergerie 2.0 is giving more structure to its services. “I’m selling care and attention. That’s what makes me stand out from other concierges,” says David.
