With over 17 years of experience in winegrowing regions and grape varieties, Damien listens, explains, and guides you to find the right pairing for your dish. His cellar becomes a place of exchange thanks to regular organized tastings and gems you can discover at the wine bar. Among the nearly 300 wines, he features little-known but talented growers, plus cider, craft beer, and local products chosen for their excellence. He participates in meetings and an annual trade fair in May that unites producers and chefs for wine pairing workshops.
