At its center are an elegant 5-star mansion, three charming half-timbered houses, a 2.5-acre orchard, a treehouse, a caravan for romantic getaways, a bubble structure from which to admire starry nights, and a geodetic dome bathed in light. This dreamlike ensemble, from the linens to the candles to the gourmet snack menu to the sensory trails in the garden, will have you romanticizing a “day in the life.” “Here, we stop, take a break, and we come together,” says Anne-Sophie. For business clientele, enjoy premium group stays for up to 20 people, perfect for one-day intensives or seminars in residence. In summer, the 7-room mansion hosts travelers passing through. The wine bar, L’Atelier du Coq, opens its doors Wednesday to Saturday from 7pm to 10pm with seating for about thirty. And every Thursday, Aurélie, a talented singer and pianist, composes a cozy, delicate ambiance. In the kitchen, Chef Endy serves up local produce in vegetarian or vegan dishes as well as more gastronomic offers, without losing sight of the essential: the taste of togetherness. “The most important thing is each visitor’s experience,” says Anne-Sophie. She is always honing the private, exclusive spirit of the Domaine, which can be fully privatized.
