In the heart of Beuvron-en-Auge, a former forge has evolved into a bistro where there is plenty in the plates. Since 2023, Julie and Lucas Armellini have been running Café Forges with simplicity and passion. “Our meats come from a local farmer and are grilled over the fire, under your very eyes,” says Lucas. Prime rib, rump steak, andouillette: everything is quintessentially Norman, mostly from Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives. Before going into business for them- selves, Julie and Lucas spent over ten years in renowned restaurants, where they honed their craft.
